Partner With Wed&

What This Is

Wed& Partner Features are editorial profiles of wedding vendors, written by our team and published on wedand.com. They sit alongside our planning guides, real wedding stories, and cultural articles as part of the editorial we produce for engaged couples.

A Partner Feature is not an ad slot inside someone else’s article. It is a dedicated piece written about your business in Wed&’s voice, designed to be useful to the couples who read it and discoverable through search.

We launched this format because we wanted a way to bring vendors into our editorial that respects both sides: vendors get a piece of work they can use and share for years, and our readers get a thoughtful introduction to a vendor that might be right for them.

Who Wed& Reaches

Wed& was founded in 2020 by two former wedding planners. We publish editorial for engaged couples in Singapore, with a growing readership across Singapore and the wider region.

Our audience reaches couples through:

  • wedand.com — planning guides, cultural articles, real weddings
  • Instagram — daily editorial and planning content
  • TikTok — short-form planning and vendor features
  • Xiaohongshu — Mandarin-language wedding planning content for the Singapore Chinese market

Our readers are couples actively planning their weddings. They have venues to book, vendors to choose, family expectations to manage, and budgets to allocate. They arrive on our articles through search, social, and word of mouth, looking for guidance they can use that week.

What A Wed& Partner Feature Looks Like

Each feature is a 1,200 to 1,500 word editorial profile, written to the same standard as the rest of our planning content. We follow a structure that has been designed to be useful for couples reading and durable for vendors being featured.

What’s Included

Each Wed& Partner Feature includes:

The feature itself

  • A 1,200 to 1,500 word editorial profile on wedand.com
  • One round of vendor review and revision
  • Optimised for search: meta title, meta description, keyword research, internal linking
  • Tagged clearly as a Wed& Partner Feature
  • Lives permanently on wedand.com, with no expiry or renewal

Editorial integration

  • An inbound link from one or more relevant Wed& planning articles
  • Inclusion in any relevant roundup content we publish within the year

Cross-platform distribution

  • One dedicated Instagram carousel post and story sequence
  • One dedicated TikTok video adapted from the feature
  • One dedicated Xiaohongshu post adapted for that platform
  • One re-share across all three platforms within six months of publish, timed for a contextually relevant moment

Usage rights

  • Permission to share the published feature on your own website, social media, and email marketing
  • An “As featured on Wed&” credential to use
  • Permission to pull excerpts and quotes for your own marketing
  • No exclusivity restrictions on your other work

Production Support

  • A briefing call of 45 to 60 minutes to gather the story properly
  • An asset request list provided in advance
  • A coordinated publish date agreed with you so you can align your own activity

Investment

Launch rate: SGD 1,500 per Partner Feature.

This is our introductory rate for the first ten Partner Features we publish. It reflects the value of our current audience and gives us room to refine the format with our launch partners.

Payment is a one-time fee. There is no annual renewal, no recurring cost, and no expiry on the feature itself.

After the first ten features are published, our rates will move into a standard tier structure reflecting traffic, audience growth, and the proven distribution our launch partners help us build.

What’s Not Included

We are direct about this so there are no surprises later.

  1. We do not run paid ad amplification. Distribution is organic on our platforms.
  2. We do not guarantee a specific number of enquiries or leads. We deliver reach to a qualified audience.
  3. We do not lock out other vendors in your category. You may be one of several featured vendors in a similar service area, though we will not place direct competitors in the same single article.
  4. Photography is not included. You provide your own assets, and we will advise on what we need.
  5. Revisions beyond one round are billed separately.
  6. Editorial control sits with Wed&. The fit guide section is written by us and is not subject to vendor approval.

Who We Feature

We work with vendors who:

  1. Operate in Singapore or serve Singapore couples regularly
  2. Have established their service or business well enough that we can write meaningfully about how they work
  3. Are comfortable with editorial framing, including a fit guide written from our perspective
  4. Are happy for the feature to be clearly labelled as a Wed& Partner Feature
  5. We are selective about the vendors we feature, and we may decline partnerships that are not a fit for our audience or editorial standards.
