But the real showstopper of the day was the food. In a refreshing twist, Nadine and Ridzuan chose to prepare the meal themselves, with Nadine’s expertise leading the way. Together with her trusted kitchen team, they crafted a buffet that celebrated their shared love of food and culture, blending the flavours of Nonya and Malay cuisines.

A Dress That Told a Story

Nadine’s gown was another standout element of the day. A bespoke creation by Studio HHFZ, it featured intricate batik detailing that beautifully blended both of their cultures. The reversible cape, adorned with lace and pastry-inspired buttons, paid homage to Nadine’s culinary passion, while the batik fabric featured on both the gown and veil tied the look together.

The couple’s march-in, accompanied by Footnotes Ensemble’s rendition of Coldplay’s “A Sky Full of Stars,” was a moment that left a lasting impression. 

If we could change anything, we’d have recorded the entire set so we could listen to it forever.
